Open A.I., notifications, new student athlete resources.
May 12, 2023 - Today Honorarium released a series of new features, including A.I. and notification functionality, that will make it easier for student athletes to engage with their fans.
A.I. has been integrated into Honorarium to help student athletes complete their profile faster. Knowing that most student athletes have little to know time outside of practice, games, training, travel and classes, Honorarium is developing ways to make it easier for our athletes to connect with fans and use the student centric NIL platform.
Using Open A.I. student athletes can now have their bio’s written for them. Student athletes can also opt to write their own bios. After signing up if a student athlete does not update their bio within 3 hours of first log in an A.I. generated bio will be updated for them. At any time the student athlete can go in and update their bio or choose to keep the A.I. bio personalized for them.
This should give the student athlete more time to focus on more important things and elevate the fan experience on Honorarium.

New SMS notification technology has been added for both athletes and fans. Once fans and athletes opt in to notifications they will start receiving updates from Honorarium. On the athlete side, they will be updated when they are honored financially by a fan, when a fan follows them and when a fan likes their content. On the fan side they will get a notification when a student athlete they are following updates content or when a new athlete from a school they are following joins Honorarium. The goal is to increase more engagement between student athletes and fans.
Additionally a new Hype Kit has been rolled out to athletes to help them engage with their fans directly. The Hype Kit can be found on a student athlete’s Scoreboard, which is only visible to the student athlete. They are able to download photos and other resources to help them promote themselves to their fans.
